Luggage Allowances

Travelling guests are permitted one piece of checked in baggage that should not exceed 15 kg (33.1 lb) owing to space restrictions. In addition to the baggage allowance, a small piece of hand luggage with a weight not exceeding 7 kgs is permitted. Please note that trolley bags are not permitted as hand luggage on the Denis scheduled flights. Denis Private Island requires the body weight in kilograms (kg) of all guests travelling to the island prior to confirming the booking. This information is imperative for flight management.

Charter Flights

Charter flights are available on a request basis and available daily. One can elect from an aircraft charter or a helicopter charter. Rates are available on a request basis. 

Terms & Conditions Apply: All special charter bookings must be made with the reservations department of Denis Private Island, Seychelles. Denis Private Island reserves the right to use the empty leg of any charter flight. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. This is mainly in the form of insurance premium and fuel surcharges (applicable for our scheduled flights and private charters). 

Flight Connections

Denis Private Island reserves the right to change the times of our scheduled flights should any circumstances arise which are beyond our control or to adapt to changes in scheduling of incoming/outbound international flights. Denis Private Island is not responsible in the event of any delays preventing guests from boarding their domestic flight to Denis Private Island at the scheduled time. Charges will apply for seats not utilized on the scheduled domestic flight. Additional charges will apply for the re-scheduling of the next available flight to Denis Private Island and guests are responsible for the cost of the seats and re-scheduling arrangements. Any costs that arise due to delays in alternate hotel accommodation will be at the guests’ own cost. Any nights not utilised on Denis Private Island as a result of delays will not be refunded.
